Datong Heneng activated carbon Co., Ltd. （HNAC) which was established in 2002.09 and officially put into production in 2003.08 is an large activated carbon deep processing enterprise in China.

HNAC owns two carbonizing furnaces, one carbon pressing production line, 8 SLEP 800 activation furnaces, 5 sets of sieving, breaking and stone removal supporting production lines, two sets of acid and alkali washing deep processing production lines, 4 fluidized beds, dust removal packing lines, and other supporting production equipments and complete test facilities with high automation and advanced technology. Activated carbon is dried through vibrating fluidized bed in which air is heated by hot water vapor.  Washing activated carbon with distilled water can avoid soluble impurity to greatly improve finished products quality. In addition, located in the center of coal industry, HNAC has the advantage to realize stable production and improve quality. Therefore, HNAC can produce kinds of high quality activated carbon in different fields, especially for customers with extremely high requirements of activated carbon.

HNAC annually produces activated carbon 25000 tons, including ordinary broken activated carbon 5000 tons, acid washed activated carbon 5000 tons, pressed activated carbon 5000 tons, powdered activated carbon 5000 tons, filter element activated carbon 5000 tons. The products are divided into 10 series including desulfurization, decolorization, water purification, air purification, catalyst carriers, solvent recovery, etc.There are more than 100 types of activated carbon characterized with high iodine number, low ash content, low metal impurity content and huge adsorption. All products are of high quality and moderate price, which are favored by domestic and foreign users.

With the gradual improvement of  the understanding of water treatment and the ecological environment protection awareness in the world, activated carbon products are more widely used. As Datong area’s new coal deep processing industry, HNAC products are mainly sold to Japan, South Korea, Europe, the United States and other developed countries.  At the same time, the domestic market demands are also raising.
