production lines,4 fluidized beds, dust removal packing lines, and other supporting production equipments and complete test facilities wth high automation and advanced technology.
Activated carbon is dried through vibrating fluidized bed in which air is heated by hot water vapor. Washing activated carbon with distilled water can avoid soluble impurity to greatly improve finished products quality.In addition, located in the center of coal industry, HNAChas the advantage to realize stable production and improve quality.
Therefore, HNAC can produce kinds of high quality activated carbon in different fields, especially for customers with extremelyhigh requirements of activated carbon.HNAC annually produces activated carbon 25000 tons, including ordinary broken activated carbon 5000 tons, acid washed activated carbon 5000 tons,pressed activated carbon 5000 tons, powdered activated carbon 5000 tons,filterele-ment activated carbon 5000 tons.
The products are divided into 10 series including desulfurization, decolorization, water purification,air purfication, catalyst carriers, solvent recovery,etc.
There are more than 100 types ofactivated carbon character-ized with high iodine number,low ash content, low metal impurity content and huge adsorption. Allproducts are of high quality and moderate price, which are favored by domestic and foreign users.
